Engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Eight hour response to all our emergency call outs (subject to contract).
One routine inspection per year (two routine inspections if the alarm system has a Police response).
Minor system adjustments during inspection.
12 month warranty for additional fitted equipment.
Free security and fire survey.
Engineer call out charges included.
Replacement parts fitted free (failure due to normal wear and tear).
Firmware upgrades free on Shef Guard installed systems.

Callout Charges : Special Notes

With 3 Star and 2 Star, engineer call out charges are included except in the case of where the system has been damaged by users or third parties or as a call out due to customer miss-operation. Nor are charges included if the system has been damage due to fire, storm, flood or act of God.
